In October 2018, the James Simon Gallery auditorium on Berlin’s Museum Island with 13 rows of 18 seating spaces each was handed over to the building contractor, the Federal Building Authority. In close cooperation with the architecture firm Chipperfield Berlin, timeless, comfortable seating in the form of benches was created. The smoked oak from Pronat and the high-quality upholstery fabric from Kvadrat come into their own in this property.
