AUDITORIUM CAS FIX

Architectural lecture hall seating based on steel columns with fully upholstered seat and fixed table top.

 

Between each seat a column made of rectangular tube 60 x 30 mm. Seat support made of 8 mm laser-cut sheet steel welded all around to the support. Seat support plate made of birch Multiplex with full upholstery and sewn side floors. Continuous front panel with separate backrest elements with ergonomically shaped upholstery and sewn sides attached. Two pivot bearings made of PA6-Z1 plastic with rubber-damped quadruple stop and bearing lever made of solid steel (brazed) with or without return spring per seat. All-round welded tabletop support at the top. Fixed table top made of melamine-resin coated chipboard 25mm thick or Multiplex top with or without HPL covering. Optionally with cable duct and sockets under the fixed table top. Various design details and materials are selected and adapted for each project.

AUDITORIUM CAS FOLD

Architectural lecture hall seating based on steel columns with fully upholstered seat and table top with swivel-slide fittings.

 

Between each seat a column made of rectangular tube 60 x 30 mm. Seat support made of 8 mm laser-cut sheet steel welded all around to the support. Seat support plate made of birch Multiplex with full upholstery and sewn side floors. Continuous front panel with separate backrest elements with ergonomically shaped upholstery and sewn sides attached. Two pivot bearings made of PA6-Z1 plastic with rubber-damped quadruple stop and bearing lever made of solid steel (brazed) with or without return spring per seat.

A high-quality plastic guide profile is integrated into the laser-cut columns. The table top is clamped and screwed into a beautifully shaped U-shaped cross-section. A GS test certificate is available for the fitting. Due to the sophisticated technology, the table top is very resilient and runs smoothly and permanently over metal bolts in both directions continuously in the plastic guide profile. Multiplex table top covered with HPL.

AUDITORIUM CAS PPA

Architectural lecture hall seating based on steel columns with fully upholstered seat and combined table unit made of fixed and foldable desk top.

 

Between each seat a support made of rectangular tube 60 x 30 mm. Seat support made of 8 mm laser-cut sheet steel welded all round to the support. Above boom for the assembly of a continuous cross beam over several seats and folding fittings type PPA screwed on. Seat support plate made of birch multiplex with full upholstery and sewn side floors. Continuous front panel and attached separate backrest support plate with ergonomically shaped upholstery and sewn side shelves. Two pivot bearings made of PA6-Z1 plastic with rubber-damped quadruple stop and bearing lever made of solid steel (brazed) with or without return spring per seat. Combined table unit with fixed and foldable part. Table top part that can be folded upwards with lasered and riveted hinged fittings made of sheet steel with multiple stops in the angled fitting part. Tabletop made of multiplex board covered with HPL.
