Originally an open-air stadium, the Curt-Frenzel-Stadium in Augsburg was refurbished as a fully enclosed ice hockey arena according to the guidelines of the DEL to meet all modern standards. Ultimatley, the installation of FCB-M and FCB-XLK seats dramtically increased the seating comfort in the new home of the Augsburg Panthers.
